Learn more about counselling & therapy in Hendon
Hi, I'm Jonathan.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward, you don’t have to face it alone. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety or depression, the effects of childhood trauma, navigating relationship problems, or living with the challenges of ADHD, therapy can help.
Together, we can work at your pace to understand what’s holding you back and support you in moving toward a more grounded, connected and fulfilling life. I offer a warm, supportive space where you can explore what’s going on beneath the surface and begin to make sense of your thoughts, feelings and experiences.
I work with individuals and couples, offering a compassionate, down-to-earth approach to psychotherapy that honours your unique story.
Qualifications & Values
I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Integrative Psychotherapy. As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP), I bring 25 years of experience from the working world and academia, providing me with a comprehensive understanding of life’s difficulties. I specialise in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, individuals with active addiction or in recovery, and clients with ADHD. I am a neurodivergent therapist and have an ADHD diagnosis.
In my practice, I value the importance of finding the right therapist. Making this decision can be overwhelming, which is why I prioritise creating a non-judgmental environment where individuals can feel comfortable sharing their concerns. I offer an initial assessment to help prospective clients explore how we can work together and develop a sense of the therapeutic journey ahead.
